An investment entity affiliated with
Presidio Interests purchased this vacant former refrigerated produce building
for redevelopment into attractive, modern office space. The office spaces are specifically
designed to meet the needs of modern, creative companies who demand
state-of-the-art office spaces while enjoying the aesthetic appeal of a
redeveloped vintage warehouse building.
The combined pair of buildings has approximately 8,000 square feet
of rentable space designed to be demised down to spaces as small as 2,000 square
feet. The planned scope of redevelopment involved a complete repositioning with all new windows and doors, ADA-accessable entrances, MEP, parking, landscaping and sidewalks.
At approximately 50% completion of the shell development, the Presidio affiliate sold the building to a film production company, who has finished the building out for their offices.
