Project Details: Bryan Flats is an urban multifamily development located in the South Main Village section of Fort Worth’s vibrant Near-Southside district. The building will offer 94 semi-furnished, highly efficient apartment units. Bryan Flats is designed to provide people with attainably priced, well-designed apartments in a highly walkable, amenitized location within walking or cycling distance of the city’s densest employment centers (the Near Southside and Downtown).
Bryan Flats is joint venture between Presidio Interests and Eagle Rock Ventures of Seattle, Washington. Eagle Rock Ventures (ERV) has developed several similar highly efficient infill apartment buildings in Seattle, Nashville, and Oregon.
Architect is Bennett Partners and general contractor is Fort Construction, both of Fort Worth.
