Project Details: Presidio Interests and Hatfield Advisors teamed up again to completely re-imagine and redevelop 45,000 square feet of industrial buildings into a flexible mix of modern new uses.
Located in the path of growth between thriving, reinvigorated districts including TCU neighborhoods and the Near Southside/Fairmount/Ryan Place, the properties were run-down and overlooked at the time of purchase. The District 90 team set out to re-position the commercial component of the neighborhood in conjunction with some local residential development friends who were planning surrounding residential redevelopment,
The redevelopment includes creating a variety of flexible lease spaces that address what today’s tenants demand, providing welcoming outdoor spaces, thoughtful landscaping and an enhanced environment for pedestrians.
