Project Details: Presidio purchased the 13,000 sq foot building in 2014 to redevelop for Class A office space in a retail-like location. The modern, brick and metal-clad building is located in the West 7th/ University Urban Village section of Fort Worth’s Cultural District. The building offers both a highly walkable location (Walkscore 90) and on-site surface and covered parking. The renovation was a total overhaul of the building. The building now offers:
