Founder and Managing Partner

Andrew is founder and managing partner of Presidio Interests, Fort Worth-based commercial real estate investment and development firm with an unconventional, forward-thinking approach.  Presidio specializes in transformative urban redevelopment projects, often converting obsolete and under-performing buildings into meaningful, attractive properties, thereby greatly enhancing value for building occupants, the surrounding community, and for the project’s financial stakeholders.

Presidio has acquired, developed or redeveloped of over 225,000 square feet of urban infill commercial projects with estimated value of over $50 million, including notable projects such as the Foch Street Warehouses (Foch Street South) and Magnolia + May. 

Andrew oversees all aspects of the company’s investment and development activities including new acquisitions, management for development and redevelopment projects, and leasing and management of existing portfolio properties.  He has served in transaction and portfolio management roles for several commercial real estate firms in Texas and California including Trammell Crow Company and CarrAmerica Realty Corp.  He received an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Executive Assistant

ReillyJo Cavanaugh is the Executive Assistant at Presidio Interests. She manages and maintains the professional and personal systems that optimize performance and drive productivity at Presidio Interests. In addition, ReillyJo assists with Investor Relations and additional projects.

Prior to Presidio Interests, she served as the Development Associate at The WARM Place, a non-profit organization located in Fort Worth. Prior to The WARM Place, ReillyJo served as a Data Analyst Specialist at the Mary Wright Admission Center in prospective student recruitment at Texas Christian University.

A Kansas native, ReillyJo earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies at Texas Christian University. She takes great pride in being an assistant and the air-traffic controller for Presidio Interests.

Kim Law

Property Managment

Kim Law has over twenty-five years of experience in real estate accounting. Prior to Half Acre Management, she was the controller for Red Oak Realty for over eleven years. Prior to Red Oak Realty, she was the Assistant Controller for Volunteers of America Texas, a national non-profit organization located in Fort Worth. Prior to Volunteers of America Texas, Kim was Senior Real Estate Accountant for Trademark Property Company, a commercial real estate development and management company in Fort Worth, specializing in retail lifestyle centers. Her experience ranges from multifamily dwelling, commercial retail complexes, and commercial office buildings.

Throughout her tenure, Kim has been instrumental in development and maintenance of accounting software and systems. She is responsible for corporate finances, reporting and tax matters. She assists Asset Managers with all financial aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, budgeting and operations for the commercial real estate portfolio. She is also responsible for managing cash flow and partnership ledgers for more than 15 properties and entities. Kim has managed and participated in the creation of investor financial communications for assets valued at more than $150 million. She leads a team to manage a portfolio of properties totaling over 125,000 square feet. Her goal is to maintain each property to its fullest potential, while keeping expenses under control and tenant’s satisfied.

While working full time, she received her BBA and Executive MBA from Texas Woman’s University with an emphasis in accounting.

James R. Harris

James R. Harris Partners, LLC

Partner/Advisor

Jim has been an important partner and advisor to Presidio Interests, LLC since the company’s founding. He has extensive experience in infill development and redevelopment projects, which including the redevelopment of the Foch Street Warehouses in Fort Worth’s Cultural District and numerous high quality, infill townhouse development projects in Fort Worth with his Village Homes partners. In addition to helping found one of Fort Worth’s most respected luxury home building companies, Village Homes, Jim and his partners have developed over 40,000 residential lots in master planned residential communities across North and Central Texas since 1979.

Jim holds an undergraduate degree from Austin College and an MBA from Texas Christian University. He serves or has served as a Builder Member of the Urban Land Foundation, a member of the Neighborhood Residential Council of the Urban Land Institute, member of the ULI North Texas District Council, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Fort Worth Housing Authority, organizer and member of the Board of Directors of First Texas BHC, Inc. and Southwest Bank, and Chairman of the Board of Trinity Terrace, a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Fort Worth, and on numerous community boards and committees concerning Fort Worth City zoning and development policies.
