Project Details: Presidio acquired the 1940s vintage property in 2016 to re position the buildings for new restaurant, retail, creative or medical office uses. Its flexible floor plan allows for up to three tenants, and potential patio space. Upon full redevelopment, the building will offer abundant natural light, high ceilings, and a commanding street presence welcoming to pedestrians, cyclists, and visitors arriving by car.
The property is located in the path of growth in the eclectic Near Southside district of Fort Worth. Jennings Avenue is one of the primary roads connecting the Near Southside and Downtown, and is the primary bike route for bike commuters.
