Presidio purchased the building at approximately 50% occupancy, repositioned the property in a phased approach, significantly upgrading the building by making improvements to the building shell, landscaping, and interior. Presidio leased the two vacant suites bringing the building to 100 occupancy. The building's flexible design and convenient location just west of Downtown Fort Worth make it an appealing option for companies seeking high quality office and flex spaces at reasonable lease rates.
Presidio continues to improve and upgrade the building as the neighborhood matures, shifting from flex toward full office uses. As the improvements continue, the owners expect to convert the remaining overhead doors to new glass entrances, completing the transformation.
